Project Management Services
- Identify SYSTEMA Project Management and Technical Services team
- Establish date/time for weekly internal SYSTEMA team meeting based on client/construction meeting schedule
- Coordinate with warehouse to confirm date, time and quantity of all incoming trailers
- Review SYSTEMA warehouse receipt reports noting quantities received by line item, shortages, back orders and condition
- Coordinate all arrangements with building management and/or general contractor to reserve loading dock and freight elevators
- Inspect and survey the building's off-load area, loading dock, freight elevators and entrance to the floor. Inform warehouse of any height/width restrictions or problematic delivery conditions
- Attend weekly construction and client meetings and any meetings that specifically address furniture issues
- Coordinate and attend walk-through of layout with general contractor, architect and electrical/teledata sub-contractors and record approved results onto furniture plan
- Coordinate furniture delivery staging areas with general contractor
